Hey guys!

Sorry, I haven't posted anything about my minecraft adventures lately, I've been pretty busy with other games and things in my life.

But here it is:

This is my house that I built in Charlie's World: A Minecraft server hosted by DJ Charlie, an old friend from when I was a radio host for KJSR.net.

The entrance from the forest. Well, still need to work on that gate, I don't totally like it.

And underneath my house we have a big big ravine. Funny story, I discovered it while being drunk, on skype, and I was digging directly down. I fell in lava and died. (I don't die very often on Minecraft, I had to be drunk, of course!)

Busy! Busy! Busy!

Well, I have been very VERY busy with my new job so... not much time to play Minecraft anymore. :(

But... I have a new project. I am still playing on the multiplayer Minecrack server... But, I wanted to have a world of my own, for a crazy long project.

I am playing it on the Magic World mod pack, which includes Thaumcraft 3, Twilight Forest... and Mystcraft. I wanted to try out Mystcraft and from what I've seen... It's epic.

But here's my idea. There's this pretty big jungle island near spawn point on that map.

Yes, I'm flying to take the screenshot. So here's the map at 0.5x... It's pretty big.

What I'm gonna do with this, as you can see in the corner, I've started to set up the clearing and layout...

I'm gonna transform this entire island into a gigantic fortress village.

Now, instead of doing 1 big house with everything in it (storage, magic, myst desk?) I'm gonna make it differently than my usual things.

Now, the building I've lay out is gonna be, my house. BUT. There will be no storage, no crafting, none of that in that house. It will only be a neat looking mansion.

What I'm gonna do instead is that I'm gonna make a building for each of my needs. So, I'm gonna build a warehouse, a magic house, etc etc.

This... Is gonna take me a while. (Took me roughly 3-4 hours to clear just that little corner of land there.) But hopefully, I'm gonna end up designing a very neat looking fortress/village.

So I'm gonna level the whole island, plant trees, and leave the beach around it, and build a big wall all around the island. I might change the shape and design of the mansion yet, I haven't decided. There's a huge mineshaft underneath this island, so I have a bunch of materials to start up with. (stored in a little hut somewhere on the island.

But the first thing I'm actually gonna need to build is a storage room...

Pranked!

Well, first of all, I have to say that I have started this...

I've yet to take a proper tour of the spawn village but...

Well, what I have contributed to it.

Canada!

This is only the village part of the spawn, people have houses and factories around it, I didn't take pictures of that yet. But... That was what started what I called: The Prank War.

Basically, harmless pranks to play on each other, this was the first. A funny flag saying I claimed the village for Canada. (Since most players on that servers are in  the US)

So... I finally got pranked. Hehe...

So I logged on the server, in my house and...

CATS!!

Oh my god, they're everywhere! 

Down here too!

  

Even in the library! Where are they coming from!?

EVERYWHERE.

Oh! There's the soul cage! Oh Naph, you got me! Took me a good 5 minutes to find it and shut it off. There was ocelots everywhere in my house and forest. That was very funny prank.

Now, I need to prank someone.... ^_^

A small update

I won't be writing a whole lot in this post, but I know some people might have been curious how my base has progressed in the FTB server... Well, here it is!

Turns out, I might write a bit: This is my new logo. A moon crescent, for my name: Tsuki.

Finished the floor and automatic doors for my hallway, changed a bit the room on the left side...

My black cats, changed the whole room into a living room, with a fireplace and moved the machines...

Over to the actual kitchen. I make energy with solar panels now, hidden in the walls.

Made a pathway out from my storage...

Of course, I made the Wool Room!

Finished the floor and warded my bedroom.

And here it is! My garden and portal to Twilight Forest!

Maybe I'll take a video tour of my house soon...

And across from it, finished the library. It took a long time to make that many books out of leather! (I think there's over 800 books in this library)

Finished the Hell Forge.

And I have added... With the help of _naph... The Blaze Farm!

 And right now, I'm building on polishing the tunnel to Hamtown... (I still have to take some screenshots of that, although I didn't built any of it)

It's been a while...

Yeah, I started to try a few things here and there, playing some Skyrim too... Anyhow, welcome back!

The server I was playing went down for a while, and then I had an invite to a friend's server on FTB (Feed The Beast) with a Mindcrack mod pack. Basically, what this is... well, it's a mod pack. There's 60 mods on this world.

Many of them are industrial/technological related but a few of them are magical. Thaumcraft and Twilight Forest are absolutely wonderful.

So... in the last couple days, I have started to build a house, but this time, I made it inside a mountain. It's starting to get out a bit... but I have a visit for you!

This is the entrance. The Main Entrance, Mountain Side on a frozen lake. It looks like a Castle that was buried from here...

And this is from inside the main doors. Nice little carpet was added today, actually. It was all smooth stone before.

Let's go see what's that room on the left...

My technological room... Okay, it's not that much but I have a few basic machines, you know, to do laundry and all... Wiring is of course hidden in the walls. There's also my little computer in the corner there, I use it mostly to play music disc.

And on the right side, we have my Farms. It was very difficult to survive at first, I had only a melon. But over time, I obviously got my indoor farms a lot bigger.

And then we have my storage room. I figured the way I made the last one in the other world was not space efficient. Now THAT is much better, saves a lot of space. (And there's a lot of materials in FTB, I probably gonna have to upgrade them soon...)

And out of the Storage room, it turns to the second exit, that also gives out on a frozen lake on the other side of the mountain. Unfortunately, that exit is not yet finished and is a little dangerous at night.

Then if we head up the stairs, we have a path to three more rooms. On the right, the magic park (Work in Progress), an enchant room on the left, and my bedroom in front of us.

The Magic Park. Well... There's a silverwood tree in it and eventually there's going to me more trees and a pond in the middle. Like I said, work in progress.

My little Enchantment room. I'm eventually going to transform it into a grand library. ^_^

I do like the ceiling of the enchant room though.

And my bedroom. I need to put some carpet in there, it's too bland. Now, right behind me, there's a ladder, leading to another room, right above my resting area...

Welcome to my Lab! This is where I practice and perform my magic spells... The people from Hamtown (The spawn point village) all say that I'm an evil witch but that's not true... I'm really not evil.

And this is where I do my research. You can see one of my wand on the side of the table there. So many hours spent on that table...

And we turn around.

My infusion table, with a better view of all my magical jars. And um... A skull painting. Okay, I know you've seen a lot of those in my house, it's just to um... Enhance the charm of my base, really. I'm not evil... It not because my magic makes violent thunderstorms that... I mean, it's a side effect of using Vis! I swear I don't do it on purpose!

Um... what's that room you ask? Um... an hell forge? With black and red glowing evil looking stones? ..... Alright fine! I am evil! *Tsuki thwacks the visitor with a lightning wand* ZAP!

*Tsuki tosses the body in the forge* Here... Nobody will find it in here...

Ahem...

Hehe.....

Maybe I'll pay a visit to the village soon...
